Information you provide us

We ask for certain personal information when you register/pre-register for the Service or if you correspond with us, like your first and last name, e-mail address. If you email us, we may keep your message and contact information so we can respond to your request. Email

Emails created on our Service are considered private by default. Users should be aware that any recipient of any message they send via any service could reveal that message to third parties, including to the public. Mailbin takes reasonable measures to protect the privacy of messages that are sent as private, which, as mentioned, is the default.

Email Contacts

Our Service provides the ability to interface with your contact list (e-mail addresses and names) in order to add email recipients easily and securely. You will be prompted for permission within the app before the Service can access your contacts. We will not use this information for any purpose other than to provide the Service to you.

Customer Testimonials

We obtain customer testimonials on our web site from public sources, which may contain personally identifiable information. To request removal of your personal information, contact us at privacy@mailbininc.com.

The Mailbin website includes links to third party social media sites like Twitter, Facebook.
